Graves’ Disease Symptoms, Causes and Diagnosis

It is possible to diagnose the disease based on several hints. A physical exam is required to identify Graves’ disease. It is recommended to submit blood to let the laborants check whether you have Graves’ disease. Most of the exams try to measure the level of thyroid hormones. There are also imaging exams (CT, MRI) which are effective in detecting this type of disease. In some cases, a radioactive iodine uptake test may be a must to avoid confusion.
