The ongoing feeling of pain. Angina attacks are always accompanied by the feelings of pain. Each organ may suffer, but chest, stomach, and heart are at the highest risks. There are patients with angina who are attacked several times weekly; others do even worse – they feel this discomfort at least two times in a day. A sign of angina is the pain you feel on the same level regularly.
Rapid heart rate is another symptom which tells you’re under threat! Every time the human body is stressed, the heart rate goes up quickly. Except for being a common phenomenon, it may be a sign of angina. For people who live with angina attacks, it’s necessary to calm down the breathing for several minutes to prevent what is called a complete fledged panic attack. Sometimes it’s enough to hold for a couple of seconds to monitor the heart rate.
Another symptom is a pain which you do not even expect. If you have unstable angina, the pain will be addressed as a surprise. When a patient experiences a stable form of angina, he or she can at least forecast when the next attack will happen. In the case of an unstable form, the pain seems more painful as it comes unexpectedly. Sometimes, such things as going into the cold water or walking up the hill may be the reason for the discomfort.
Feeling tired, overloaded, and exhausted all the way through. You may feel tired and go to sleep naturally, but, in some cases, it’s just another alarming sign of angina. This symptom does not usually last for a while, so you have to mind it. Once the situation with angina passed, most of the patients share that they turn rather fatigued for 60 minutes or more. It lasts until their bodies return to a slower, normal breathing and mental/emotional condition.
