The more invisible braces require longer treatment times and can be easily broken. There are also so-called lingual braces that may remind you of the conventional or metal braces at first. However, they are customizable, and one has to pre-order them. Also, the lingual braces are cemented to the back of the teeth, so they are not easily seen by others.
